If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, or carrying the weight of past experiences, you’re not alone. Many people come to therapy after spending years trying to manage everything on their own navigating trauma, relationship pain, addiction, ADHD, or simply feeling emotionally exhausted. Therapy can offer a space where you don’t have to carry it all by yourself. Together, we can explore what’s been holding you back, build tools to manage overwhelming emotions, and help you reconnect with a stronger sense of clarity, safety, and self-understanding.
Individual therapy offers a confidential space to explore challenges, build coping skills, and gain deeper self-understanding. Sessions may address anxiety, addiction, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship stress, and personal growth.
Feeling stuck or uncertain about your next step? Therapy can help you clarify your values, reconnect with your strengths, and create meaningful goals that align with the life you want to build.
Couples therapy helps partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection. Together we work through conflict and develop healthier patterns that support the relationship.
Therapy can support stress management, emotional regulation, boundary setting, and healthier routines that support overall mental and emotional well-being.
Mindfulness techniques are integrated into therapy to help manage anxiety, overwhelm, and trauma responses while building greater self-awareness and emotional balance.
Clients who tend to benefit most from working with me may be experiencing:
• Healing from trauma or past abusive relationships
• Recovery from domestic violence or relationship trauma
• Challenges related to addiction or unhealthy coping patterns
• ADHD or neurodivergence and difficulty with focus, emotional regulation, or overwhelm
• Anxiety, emotional exhaustion, or burnout
• Difficulty setting boundaries or breaking unhealthy relationship patterns
• Life transitions, identity exploration, or feeling stuck in their personal or professional life
I aim to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore difficult experiences while building practical skills for emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and long-term well-being.
I am an associate practicing in California under the supervision of Razan Retiz Fikrat, MA, LMFT #84058. Supervision is an important part of my clinical work and ensures ethical, supportive, and high-quality care for clients. I do offer in person or virtual client sessions.
